Speaking of Script Angel: I learned so much from their screenwriting coaching programme (I worked with James for just over two years, with a few check-ins with Hayley). It really helped me rediscover my voice and confidence, put my career path into clearer focus AND helped me hone my scripts.

BEATS Fellowship 2020

I'm SO THRILLED to share that I've been selected for BEATS' inaugural Fellowship programme!

The Beats Fellowship is supported by UKScreenSkills & BFI as part of the Future Film Skills programme. The Fellowship is a 9 month programme designed to resolve the inequities and challenges BESEA writers and directors face in the screen industry.

It's such an honour to be part of such an accomplished group of BESEA talent - warmest thanks to the BEATS team and all the mentors involved. I'm hugely excited to meet Joy Gharoro-Akpojotor (if you've not caught her highly impressive feature Blue Story yet, it's available on Amazon Prime now.) Read more about the fellowship here!
